Waste Bin Cleaning Equipment – TECME / MOWA
Model: TCI130

The body is entirely manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel.

The water tank is divided into two sections:

6,000 litres of fresh water
6,000 litres of dirty water

The equipment is fitted with three high-pressure pumps.

Two large high-pressure pumps:
HPP Comet Type CL 49/200, flow rate: 49 l/min.
Pressure: 200 bar

One small pump: Interpump for water pistols.

One of the two HPP pumps supplies two washing heads (robots) located inside the washing chamber. These washing heads clean the waste bins from the inside.

The second HPP pump supplies the nozzles on the lances inside the washing chamber. These nozzles clean the waste bins from the outside. The lances move back and forth.

The third high-pressure pump, manufactured by Interpump, supplies the cleaning gun at the rear of the vehicle with high-pressure water. The gun is used for manual cleaning.

In addition, a new high-pressure cleaning gun for manual cleaning of waste bins has been installed. The new cleaning gun allows convenient manual cleaning of waste bins as well as hard-to-reach areas of the equipment.

The water supplied to the pumps is filtered through water filters.

The equipment is also fitted with two heating units for heating the washing water.

Both heating units are diesel-powered.

A lifting device for lifting waste bins is installed at the rear of the equipment.

The grab arms can handle waste bins from 110 litres up to large 1,100-litre four-wheel containers.

Dirty water is extracted by a sludge pump driven by a hydraulic motor. When the dirty water level rises in the rear section of the equipment, the pump is automatically activated by a sensor.

The machine provides easy access to the control and operating components of the equipment. The side exterior panels in the rear section can be easily removed.

Work and Renovation Carried Out:
